Shipping Policy

We partner with Printful to fulfill all our orders anywhere in the world. Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days and shipped from Printful’s facilities in the US, Europe, or Mexico depending on the customer’s location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 2-10 business days within the US and 4-15 business days for international orders.

During the checkout process you will be able to calculate shipping fees and timing to your location.

Track your delivery

Once your order has been shipped out, you can track the package using our tracking page. You will need an order number and the email address you used to make your purchase. Please note that depending on the delivery company used in some countries tracking may not be available.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within a week of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. We do not accept returns on products that have been customized or personalized. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Please note that any shipping costs associated with a return will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

If your package has to be sent back to our factory because it couldn’t be delivered to your address (wrong address/failure to pick up from your post office etc), the cost of reshipping is the customer’s responsibility. If using PayPal, make sure your account’s shipping address is correct before purchasing.

  2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We’ll then provide instructions for the returns procedure.
