We ship internationally. Speed and price may vary depending on product type and destination. During the checkout process you will be able to calculate shipping fees and timing to your location.
If you receive an item that is damaged we’ll be happy to replace it at no cost to you, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product. Returns are not granted if you’ve changed your mind after purchase and want a refund.
If your package has to be sent back to our factory because it couldn’t be delivered to your address (wrong address/failure to pick up from your post office etc), the cost of reshipping is the customer’s responsibility. If using PayPal, make sure your account’s shipping address is correct before purchasing.
